LMWI is offering a $1,000 (one thousand dollar) reward for the arrest of the persons involved in the brutal killing of animals at Happy Rolphs in St. Catharines. They are also offering a $500 (five hundred dollar) reward for the arrest of the person(s) involved in the shooting of the cat, with an arrow, on Morgan's Point Road in Wainfleet. Thank God the cat lived. Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or your local Humane Society / SPCA.
